Your jewelry should delight you. If something doesn't fit, we'll make returns as straightforward as possible.
Your 14-day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
Cost of Return Shipping
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer — NK Accessoires does not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure your package is sufficiently stamped: Packages with insufficient postage unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Requirements for a Return
- The item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, jewelry card, and any labels are present.
- The return is made within 14 days of receipt.
How Your Return Works
- Register your returnLog in to your customer account and select the relevant order. Fill out the return form and include it with the package.
- Pack securelyPlace the item back into its original packaging along with the completed form.
- Ship with sufficient postageEnsure the package has sufficient postage — insured shipping with tracking is recommended — and send it to our return address.
- Refund or ExchangeUpon receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount or send you a voucher code — as you wish.

Desired Processing
You have the choice of how we process your return:
- Money back to the original payment method used.
- Exchange or voucher code of the same value.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
Note on Earrings
For hygiene reasons, stud earrings and earrings for pierced ears are excluded from exchange once the sealed packaging has been opened — unless there is a material or manufacturing defect.
